HTK-499 Infrared Hot Box Detector (HBD) System
This distributed remote computer network operates in real-time to detect hot box faults of various vehicle types and configurations, capable of full integration with automatic equipment identification (AEI) system for tracking, monitoring and forecasting HBD information. The system also provides flexible optional integration with our Hot Wheel Detector (HWD) System, Dragging Equipment Detector (DED) System, Local Radio Notification (LRN) System and External Notification System (ENS) System for a comprehensive wayside conditioning monitoring system.
HTK-M101 Flat Wheel and Hot Box Tracking & Detecting System
This system detects flat wheel and hot box of rail transport vehicles in real-time, tracking faulty vehicles through a network using AEI tag information. Early detection and tracking reduces damage to existing infrastructure, saving maintenance and upgrade costs, improves asset efficiency, and extends the life span of valuable infrastructure.
TMIS-Technical Management Information System for Freight Trains
The enterprise management system provides real time technical information of each registered vehicle during its entire service lifespan within the network. The information covers manufacturing details, manufacturing repairs, temporary repairs, service and maintenance, modifications, and any vehicle faults. The TMIS system is a highly customisable tool made to suit the unique requirements of the customer. It has assisted Central Operations and Rolling Stock operators to easily and accurately assess the history of each registered vehicle, improving network safety and asset utilisation.
TADS-Trackside Acoustic Detection System
TADS is designed to detect and monitor flaws in tapered roller bearings at normal track speeds. The bearing detection algorithms are designed to flag certain known features associated with internal bearing defects in AAR type tampered roller bearings.
TFDS-Dynamic Image Detecting System for Running Faults of Freight Trains
This intelligent system integrates the latest high speed digital capture technology, real-time digital processing and data analytics, to precisely detect, display and alert operators of faults and other crucial train information for freight vehicles. All images are stored in a central database for reference or analysis and available remotely via a secure web interface.Faults can be pre-emptively predicted or detected on rolling stock, rather than detected during routine maintenance, greatly reducing labour costs, while also improving asset efficiency and network safety.VEIC patented technology eliminates sunspots issues in the field, improving the reliability of the system. Remote access allows operators to perform all system diagnostics, maintenance, and updates from central operations, eliminating the need for field personnel.
YL-03 Automatic Train Washer Machine
The YL-03 Automatic Train Washer Machine will efficiently and cost effectively clean dust, greasy dirt and other splotches on the outer surface of the train automatically. This system will wash the front and back ends, the two lateral sides, and the roof top automatically using 80% recycled water, environmentally friendly detergent and patented washing brushes. While most other systems use harsh acidic/alkaline chemicals that are corrosive to train components, have high installation and ongoing maintenance and site management costs, our YL-03 Train Washing Machine utilises an industrial grade, non-corrosive detergent, compliant with strict European standards and easily capable of complying with trade waste water discharge requirements. The unit also has the capacity to wash up to 24 trains every 8 hours, reducing the time trains spend under maintenance.
